Q. What are your hours of operation?
Our gate hours are 7am to 7pm to allow ample access
hours everyday to your property. Office hours are 9am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday and 9am to
4pm Saturday.
Q. Can you help answer questions about storage needs, storage supplies, movers, truck rentals, etc.?
Our expert staff is here to help solve all your storage needs. We can tell you the most efficient and secure methods to store your property as well as recommend movers.
Q. Do you sell storage supplies?
We have a large variety of storage supplies available for you to purchase. Everything from boxes of different sizes to locks for your unit. Please visit our Packing Supplies Page to view a complete list of the supplies available through Airport Road Self Storage.
Q. What are my actual move-in costs?
Move-in cost is the first month's rent. We do NOT charge security deposits or administration fees. We do have occasional move-in specials. Once you move in, your rental agreement is on a month-to-month basis.
Q. Will my stuff be safe at Airport Road Self Storage?
The facility has a gated access system and each lease holder is provided with a unique access code. In addition, each unit is individually alarmed for added security. There are security cameras placed throughout the facility to provide a complete, secure storage experience. Hourly security checks are performed throughout the day. You provide your own lock and keep the key or you may purchase a lock when you move in.
Q. Do I need insurance for my stored property?
Check with your homeowners or renters insurance to see if your stored property is covered by your policy. If you find that you do want insurance, we can provide you the name of an insurance carrier that specializes in self storage.
Q. What can't I store at Airport Road Self Storage?
A. State laws determine what can and cannot be stored. Since you alone have access to your space, do not store anything that needs a controlled environment. This would include live animals and plants, explosive or flammable items, toxic materials, food, or liquids. Feel free to visit our Storage Tips Page for hints on how to protect your items.
